At Cinderella Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags, bill, and protective materials.

📌 We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of product design, size issues (for rings/bangles), or color preferences.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at cinderellajewelscart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number, issue, and attach clear photos/videos showing the defect/damage.
  3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or guide you on the return method.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same item if it is defective/damaged or a wrong item was sent.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only if the replacement is not available.
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Important Notes

  • Keep the packaging and invoice intact for all return claims.
  • Any item returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to transit) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • For faster resolution, please always share photos or unboxing videos when reporting damage or defects.
